I went to Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates through a recommendation from my Yoga instructor. She said that Dr. Paul was very good at analyzing and recommending specific exercises and stretches to help with pain and heal the body naturally. Everything she told me was true and I was very pleased with the results that I received. I gained back all the mobility of my shoulder without the pain that i had. Thanks for the awesome results.

Excellent staff and highly recommend. I have had a nagging shoulder problem from cycling for over 6 years. Paul was able to diagnose the problem, treat the shoulder, and give me cues to prevent the injury from returning. I am riding pain free for the first time in years. Paul you are a muscle whisperer! Thank you!!

I had been to several PT places in Lakeland before, but this place and their staff are outstanding. After an evaluation you are assigned a therapist for the duration of your treatment who greets you at each appointment; the feedback is amazing, then they walk you out. you feel like they really pay attention to you. I will only use them whenever I need PT.

Great physical therapist! Modified exercises based on changing needs and progress. Very attentive 100% of the time.

These guys are truly the best and so professional when it comes to physical therapy. I’ve had to come here two separate times for issues with both of my knees, and Clark has been amazing. He’s so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell he’s super passionate about what he does.
The first time I came, I had been having severe pain in my knees for months and months- I got an MRI and found out I had a partial tear in my meniscus and other damaged cartilage behind my kneecap. The surgeon didn’t want to touch it so I wasn’t given a guidance and it just continued to get worse.
When I came here, Clark finally helped me figure out that the issue wasn’t even all the torn and damaged cartilage, but that my kneecap was out of place from all my years playing basketball. He helped get to the root of my issue and had my knee feeling better in a little over a month when no one else was giving me any real answers.
Clark is also a former college athlete, which I am myself, and having someone who’s been through similar experiences and knows how to help my injuries that have stemmed from playing sports made me even more comfortable.
All of the PT’s here are great- I’ve talked to multiple other patients and many of them have come back for different issues and gotten the help they needed. Even Alicia who works at the front is the sweetest admin and helps get all the insurance and appointments set up swiftly.
Whether you’re an athlete, coming off of a surgery or just needing guidance with an unknown injury, the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates are a fantastic option for support.
